The Role

As a Process Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• We are Hiring Process Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
• These roles are based in Baroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
• This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 20 June 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.
• Roles will be offered at Designer / Senior Designer , depending on experience and skills.
• Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) as per project standards.
• Work on P&ID drafting/modification based on engineer markups and redlines.
• Assist in conversion of AutoCAD/MicroStation drawings into SPPID environment.
• Perform tagging of equipment, lines, and instruments in SPPID database.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency within the SPPID system.
• Support basic quality checks before submission (self-check and peer-check).
• Extract basic reports (Line List, Equipment List, Valve List) from SPPID.
• Follow project procedures, standards, and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with senior designers and process engineers for clarification.
  
  

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Experience Required: 6-15 years
• Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / Engineering from relevant field
• Working knowledge of:
• SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID)
• AutoCAD / MicroStation
