The Role
As a Process Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- We are Hiring Process Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
- These roles are based in Baroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
- This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 20 June 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.
- Roles will be offered at Designer / Senior Designer , depending on experience and skills.
- Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.
- Prepare and update P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) as per project standards.
- Work on P&ID drafting/modification based on engineer markups and redlines.
- Assist in conversion of AutoCAD/MicroStation drawings into SPPID environment.
- Perform tagging of equipment, lines, and instruments in SPPID database.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency within the SPPID system.
- Support basic quality checks before submission (self-check and peer-check).
- Extract basic reports (Line List, Equipment List, Valve List) from SPPID.
- Follow project procedures, standards, and naming conventions.
- Coordinate with senior designers and process engineers for clarification.
- Experience Required: 6-15 years
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / Engineering from relevant field
- Working knowledge of:
- SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID)
- AutoCAD / MicroStation
