Minimum 6+ years’ relevant experience in supporting merchandise planning, forecasting, or retail planning systems (implementation/support).
Hands on experience with Invent (Invent.ai / MerchPlan)
Deep retail planning domain knowledge: forecasting, OTB, assortment, allocation, replenishment, promotions, markdowns, seasonality.
Strong experiene in SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning) for data validation and reconciliation.
Practical experience with data integrations (SFTP, CSV/flat files, REST APIs) and ETL troubleshooting.
Should have experience in Scripting ability (Python/Bash) for diagnostics, automation, and remediation scripts.
Good knowledge of Linux basics, log analysis, and multi tenant SaaS environments.
Proven track record owning high severity incidents and producing actionable RCAs.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to translate technical findings into business impact for merchandisers and finance.
Willingness to participate in on call rotation.
