About The Role

We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Client Solutions team in Bengaluru. You'll work with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into technical specifications, and help deliver AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements from enterprise clients
Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
Write user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions
Support UAT and client onboarding for new implementations

Requirements

2+ years of business analysis experience in B2B tech or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience writing user stories and working within agile teams
Comfortable with data concepts and basic SQL
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
