• Perform core microbiology techniques, aseptic work, culture handling, and fermentation support
• Conduct efficacy testing for home & personal care, biocide, and microbiome applications
• Support formulation evaluation across microbiome, crop health, pest, and agriculture applications
• Support development and optimization of microbiological test methods under scientific guidance.
• Maintain lab compliance, biosafety, equipment validation, and documentation
• Provide technical support and assist training on lab equipment and procedures
  
  

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education Master’s/ Ph.D degree in Microbiology
• Work Experience 3 to 6 Years
• Special Skills Strong hands-on experience in microbiological techniques including media preparation, culture handling, aseptic practices, fermentation support, and efficacy testing using industry-standard methods. Ability to support formulation evaluation and develop or optimize microbiological testing methods across home & personal care, biocide, microbiome, and agriculture-related applications. Proficiency in English communication and operating, maintaining, and validating laboratory equipment while ensuring biosafety compliance and accurate technical documentation. Effective collaboration with global R&D, business teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders while managing multiple projects independently and supporting laboratory training activities
