through effective sourcing, customer service, and channel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales, disbursement, and collection targets for Used Wheels loans.
- Source business through direct customers, dealers, and DSA networks.
- Conduct customer meetings, credit profiling, and preliminary financial assessments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth coordination with credit and operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, connectors, and local influencers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursements and repayment discipline.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Support cross-selling initiatives and promote value-added products.
- Track competition and share market insights with the Branch Business Manager.
- Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and KYC norms.
- Participate in branch marketing and business development activities.
- Maintain healthy conversion ratios and portfolio hygiene.
- 2–5 years of experience in vehicle finance, auto loans, or retail lending.
- Experience in dealer / DSA management and direct customer sourcing.
