Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand candidate profiles, career goals, and requirements.
• Explain JustHR's CV improvement and career support services.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into paid services.
• Collect payments through approved digital payment methods.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and payments.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the engagement process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, inside sales, or lead conversion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
