Role & responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Inventory Management at CFA/Distributor
• Track & ensure Stock Freshness/Alert Ageing stock
• PO Management at CFA
• Stock Availability in CFAs as per Promo Calendar
• Analysing and assisting in inventory report based on various parameters presenting various reports viz. Ageing analysis, Shelf life reporting, near to expiry tracking.
• Oversee inventory planning and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands.
• Monitoring Vendors inventory under risk by regular tabulation of data by identifying expired stocks, near to expiry and regular stock along with the movement pattern for the stocks.
• Regular inventory analysis, identify slow moving or obsolete items, and implement appropriate measures to minimize wastage and inventory holding costs.
• Regular preparing the MIS and tracking for RM, PM and FG inventory from vendor.
  
  

Supply Chain Management

• Responsible for Day to day O2C process of order Management.
• Improved customer service level from 65% to 92%
• Preparing the MIS for Master Correction of Articles for Listing and delisting Articles basis their continuity.
• Responsible for management of WH Inventory, Ageing, Order Fulfillment, TAT & Fill rates.
• Delivery tracking, scrolling & Service Entry for vendor payment follow-up.
• Sharing stock report & dispatch details on daily basis to sales team.
• Updating to customers on real time stock availability with the company/organization.
• Worked and improvement on customer service level
• Coordination with demand and planning team to ensure forecast Vs availability.
• Open PO tracking & Updating, SKU Stock out Action plan and Status report preparing.
• Manage healthy Fill Rate - NMT Accounts / Distributors.
• Continuously monitored customer fill rate losses & worked on improvement.
• Coordinate for Stock Availability as per Open Orders.
• Identification/Assessment/Review of Effective and efficient Transportation mode
• Implement strategies to streamline the logistics process and improve overall supply-chain efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and present Key finding to the supply chain manager and other stakeholders.
• Stock Coordination for any Promotion/Events
• Forecast vs Gap Analytics & required correction
• Accountable for ARS Efficiency
• Arrange Warehouse, Goods, Plan routes and process shipments as per agreed norms
• PDP Plan & adherence & Ensure adherence of FIFO by CFA
• Ensure Intimation of Invoicing /Cancellation to Customers
• Ensure day to day Billing Completion
• Pricing, Agreements and Performance, Business reviews that provide services of warehousing, distribution, receiving and other related services such as repacking, rework
• Manage Inter-CFA Movement
• Customer Settlement against Returns / Shortages as per timelines
• Regular Visit to Channel Partners/Accounts along with Sales Team
  
  

Warehouse Management

• Involved in Warehouse Management, Space optimization and periodical warehouse audits, in Periodical warehouse audits were done for tracking staffs, no of assets, system checks for Inward-Outward inventory movement, Physical stock verification with system record.
  
  

Essential Attributes

Exp. 06 – 10 Years

Qualification: Graduate, MBA Preferred

Behavioral / Leadership Competency

6+ years of experience in demand planning, warehouse coordination, or inventory management in the consumer durables industry.

Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
