Job Description

• Production Planning
• Analyze customer orders, demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Adjust and reschedule plans when there are customer or production changes.
• Material Coordination
• Monitor stock levels and calculate material requirements.
• Work with Purchasing to ensure timely material supply.
• Resolve issues related to shortages or excess inventory.
• Production Control
• Track actual production progress against the plan.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to solve problems.
• Provide updates and report to management/customers.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales/Customer Service.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize cost & efficiency.
  
  

Skill And Abilities

• Good English communication (email, reporting, customer/supplier contact).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure.
