Responsibilities

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
- Maintain and update accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and proposals.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the building, contractor, and architect sectors.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a results-driven mindset.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools and software is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the territory as required for client meetings and events.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for sales and business development.
