We are seeking an experienced Manager – Record to Report (R2R) to oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The role involves managing month-end close activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Record to Report (R2R) to oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The role involves managing month-end close activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end R2R processes, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Accruals, Provisions, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit requirements effectively.
- Monitor and maintain key controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Track KPIs and SLAs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and support business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support transitions, system implementations, and transformation initiatives as required.
- CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- 10–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure to Record to Report (R2R) operations.
- Sound knowledge of General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with IFRS, US GAAP, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience working in Shared Services, BPO, GCC, or multinational environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Experience in process transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to automation tools and financial reporting platforms such as BlackLine or Hyperion.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
