Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Particle Board products.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the territory.
- Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Promote Particle Board products to furniture manufacturers, contractors, and interior designers.
- Channel Management
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and dealer levels.
- Implement company sales schemes and promotional activities.
- Monitor dealer performance and support them in increasing sales.
- Market Development
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.
- Organize carpenter meets, dealer meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Increase product awareness among carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Share market feedback and customer requirements with management.
- Collection & Reporting
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain territory sales data and performance tracking.

- 3–6 years of experience in plywood / MDF / particle board / laminates / building materials industry.
