Junior Content Creator

We're looking for a Junior Content Developer who will work closely with our Senior Copywriter and marketing + creative teams to craft thoughtful, engaging content that serves our guests and promotes our business.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, error-free content that reflects the company's voice
• Create thoughtfully crafted copy for online ads, banners, landing pages, and social networks
• Implement SEO best practices to increase awareness
• Update existing content
• Participate in email marketing campaigns
• Interview internal team members to learn about products and services
• Coordinate with designers and other internal creative teams
• Perform edits as requested while working alongside a variety of stakeholders
• Brainstorm ideas, perform research, create concepts, and create well developed messaging
• Use feedback to grow and improve your next-level copywriting skills
  
  

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Junior Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role
• BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field or experience
• Copywriting samples; a portfolio of published content is a plus
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to pivot to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Experience writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and WordPress a plus
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• A positive attitude and sense of humor
• An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
• Great organizational skills
• Solid time-management skills
• Effective communication skills
