About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing & Drainage BIM Engineer to join our growing MEPF BIM team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Revit MEP who are passionate about delivering high-quality BIM models for water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems across a variety of building projects.

As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for developing coordinated BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring seamless integration of plumbing and drainage services within the overall project design. This position offers excellent exposure to technically challenging projects and a clear pathway for career growth within BIM and building services engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for water supply, sanitary drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, drainage networks, pump room models, and riser coordination drawings.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and project documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Support quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and material estimation activities.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free BIM deliverables.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model review sessions.
• Perform clash detection and support resolution of design coordination issues.
• Ensure all BIM models comply with project BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP for Plumbing and Drainage modelling.
• Working knowledge of water supply, sanitary drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems.
• Ability to produce detailed BIM models, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Understanding of plumbing design principles and relevant building services standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar collaboration platforms.
• Exposure to international building services projects and standards.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and BIM execution plans.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Plumbing & Drainage BIM Modelling.
• Candidates with strong MEP BIM experience and a willingness to specialise in plumbing and drainage systems are encouraged to apply.
• Experience on BIM-based building projects is preferred.
• Exposure to international projects will be considered an advantage.
