We’re looking for a high energy Senior Talent Acquisition Expert who will take our recruitment strategy to the next level. Our ideal candidate needs to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. As a hands-on recruiter, we will need you to roll up your sleeves, go the extra mile, and lead hiring initiatives from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, align recruitment strategies, and develop effective hiring plans that meet business objectives and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer management.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, campus hiring initiatives, internal mobility programs, and other recruitment platforms to attract high-quality talent.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates, building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, professional experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by ensuring timely communication, efficient process management, and professional stakeholder engagement.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintain accurate recruitment data, and ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable employment regulations.
- Provide recruitment expertise, market intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and candidate quality.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvement activities as required.
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of Experience in IT Recruitment or related skills.
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in IT industry or GCC, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Strong sourcing expertise and proficiency in leveraging various recruitment channels and talent-mapping techniques.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and translate insights into actionable hiring strategies.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and talent sourcing tools.
- Hybrid work arrangements to balance in-office collaboration and home flexibility.
