Deputy Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts

About The Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in core finance functions and has operated in environments with meaningful business scale.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong working knowledge of core finance and compliance functions - including financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls
• Experience with Big 4 firms (audit practice) is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in independently handling and closing books of accounts for organizations with an annual turnover of ₹50 Crore or above
  
  

What You'll Do

• Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage statutory and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Support leadership with MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Identify process improvement opportunities across finance operations
