Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications used across Kaabil Finance’s operations. Responsibilities include performing manual testing, documenting test results, tracking defects, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues. The role also involves participating in requirement reviews, identifying test coverage gaps, and recommending process improvements for software testing and quality assurance. The engineer will help maintain testing documentation and support release cycles to ensure stable and secure product deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, including knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Execution to validate functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Ability to design, document, and maintain effective Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and basic test reporting to communicate issues clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC, with experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
• Experience in financial services or fintech testing, including basic knowledge of lending or financial products, is an advantage.
• Good python coding experience and tools automation.
