Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Experience: 12–16 Years

Education: B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science Degree

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, scope changes, and impact analysis.
• Lead project communication, team meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee development activities, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Ensure successful releases and compliance with SDLC, quality, and security processes.
• Mentor project teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive project objectives.
• Enforce organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, estimation techniques, and risk management.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Servlets, EJB, WebLogic/WebSphere, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, UML, OOAD, and ISO/ISMS standards.
