- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process,
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates for open
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the
Requirements/Required
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
