Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer:

BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 / 8-10 yrs. Experience in Automobile plant

Term of Employment: Siemens Direct Contract

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance of Engine assembly shop, Test Beds and Paint booth in automobile assembly plant
• Good exposure on PM, CBM Planning and execution
• LT Motors scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
• VFD Troubleshooting & maintenance
• PLC system (Siemens) scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge on sensors, limit switches, RFID readers troubleshooting
• Temperature & Pressure switches and sensors,
• Electrical drawing understanding
• Pneumatic system troubleshooting
• EOT Crane, Hoists,
• Good Knowledge on CNC like HMC, VMC maintenance & troubleshooting
• Basic understanding about Cobots reference teach error troubleshooting
• Preparation for maintenance monthly documents, MTTR, MTBF calculation
• Basic knowledge of MS office, Excel, etc.
• Kaizen and 5’S improvements
• Basic Knowledge on Safety implementation while working in shop floor
• Shift handling
