Job Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the position of Speciality Chemical Sales / Surfactant Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in various industries including agriculture, textiles, personal care, and industrial applications. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for speciality chemicals and surfactants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote products and services.

Skills and Tools Required: 
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the chemicals or surfactants industry.
- Strong understanding of speciality chemicals and surfactant applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
