Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer – Motion & Content to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and strategic communication, focusing on transforming complex medical and scientific concepts into visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences for healthcare professionals at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Translate complex medical, scientific, and marketing concepts into clear and engaging visual content
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital platforms
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and client-facing teams to develop impactful visual narratives
• Design visuals across multiple formats including videos, presentations, and digital campaigns
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual storytelling across all outputs
• Work on large-scale physician engagement programs and digital learning experiences
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in visual design, motion graphics, or multimedia design
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and content-driven visual storytelling
• Proficiency in design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to simplify complex information into visually appealing formats
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills
