CSA – Primary Computer Science Teacher
Purpose of Role
To deliver engaging and age-appropriate Computer Science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum, developing students' digital literacy, computational thinking, foundational coding skills, and responsible use of technology through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.

Academic Responsibilities
CS Academy, Coimbatore has three campuses. Two are in Kovaipudur (Main) in adjacent facilities and the third primary campus is in the heart of the city at Red Fields. Our boarding house in Kovaipudur is open for boys and girls from class IV for both CBSE and Cambridge International students. The picturesque main campus located in the foothills of the Western Ghats is ideally suited for exploring and learning

- Teach Computer Science / ICT to primary students (Grades I–V) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that develop digital literacy and foundational computing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, interactive activities, and basic coding exercises.
- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the academic timeline.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments as per the school's assessment policy.
- Evaluate classwork, practical activities, projects, and assignments.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
- Provide additional support and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Conduct hands-on computer lab sessions using educational software and age-appropriate coding platforms.
- Ensure the safe, responsible, and effective use of computer lab resources and ICT equipment.
- Encourage activity-based, experiential, and project-based learning.
- Foster digital literacy, creativity, computational thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote responsible technology use, online safety, and digital citizenship.
- Encourage participation in school ICT activities, coding events, and technology-based projects.
