Record to Analyze Process Manager

YOUR ROLE

• The Global RTR Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Record-to-Report operations delivered through the BPO shared services model for a global refractory manufacturing client. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial accounting activities, while driving process optimization, standardization, and digital transformation across entities and regions.
• Lead global RTR service delivery including General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory Accounting, Closing & Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the BPO delivery teams, global finance leadership, Regional Finance leads, and regional CFOs.
• Drive process standardization across global entities and harmonize accounting practices.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Record-to-Report, with at least 5+ years in a BPO or
• Shared Services leadership role.
• Strong background in manufacturing/R2R operations, ideally in refractory, chemicals,
• metals ,manufacturing or heavy industry
