SAP PI/PO & CPI Consultant (6–8 Years) | AMS / Support

Role

Support and stabilize SAP integration systems, owning P1/P2 incident resolution across SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI on BTP in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle P1/P2 production incidents and restore business-critical interfaces
• Monitor and troubleshoot PI/PO (ABAP & Java) and CPI (BTP)
• Support IDoc, RFC, Proxy, File, SOAP, REST, OData interfaces
• Analyze errors in PI Monitoring and CPI Message Logs
• Perform root cause analysis and prevent repeat issues
• Support hybrid integrations (ECC/S/4 Cloud Non‑SAP)
• Coordinate with Functional, Basis, Network, and Vendors
• Ensure SLA compliance and proper ticket/documentation updates
  
  

Skills Required

• 6–8 years SAP PI/PO support experience
• Hands‑on SAP CPI support on BTP
• Strong debugging of mappings, adapters, payloads
• Experience in AMS / ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Target Process, Remedy, Jira)
• Able to work independently during production outages
  
  

Job Description – SAP PI/PO & CPI Consultant (6–8 Years) | AMS / Support

Role Summary

Senior SAP Integration Consultant responsible for production support and stability of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI integrations on SAP BTP. Owns P1/P2 incidents, ensures uninterrupted business operations, and supports hybrid integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end AMS support for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI on BTP
• Handle Priority 1 & 2 production incidents with rapid turnaround
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using PI/PO Monitoring and CPI Message Processing Logs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Support hybrid landscapes (ECC/S/4 Non‑SAP Cloud)
• Troubleshoot IDoc, RFC, Proxy, File, SOAP, REST, OData interfaces
• Work with adapters: IDoc, SFTP, HTTP, SOAP, JDBC, REST
• Validate and support iFlows, mappings, certificates, security artifacts
• Coordinate with SAP Functional, Basis, Network, and External partners
• Ensure SLA adherence, ticket quality, and audit‑ready documentation
• Participate in on‑call / shift support
  
  

Required Skills

• 6–8 years experience in SAP PI/PO Application Support
• Hands‑on SAP CPI support experience on SAP BTP
• Strong monitoring & debugging skills (payloads, adapters, mappings)
• Solid understanding of ESR, Integration Directory, CPI iFlows
• Experience in ITSM/AMS environments (ServiceNow, Target Process, Remedy, Jira)
