We are looking

An experienced Production Merchandiser to manage end-to-end production execution for a women’s ethnic wear brand. The role involves vendor coordination, production tracking, costing, and ensuring timely delivery with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order execution from development to final dispatch.

• Coordinate with factories, fabric, trim, print, and embroidery vendors.

• Track T&A calendars and ensure on-time production.

• Handle approvals, sampling follow-ups, and production status updates.

• Monitor quality, finishing, and shipment timelines.

• Work on garment costing, pricing analysis, and margin understanding.

• Maintain production trackers, reports, and vendor communication.

• Resolve production delays and execution challenges proactively.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear production processes.

• Experience in costing, pricing, and vendor negotiations.

• Good understanding of fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and production management tools.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Management, or related field preferred.
