UI/UX Designer

A design internship where you'll work on real product screens and flows, not made-up briefs. You'll learn how strong UX is researched, designed, and handed off — building a portfolio of genuine, shipped work along the way.

Responsibilities

• Design scoped product flows in Figma, covering primary paths plus loading, empty, validation, and error states.
• Convert rough requirements into wireframes, interaction notes, and high-fidelity screens with senior review.
• Build or refine components using Auto Layout, variants, naming conventions, and reusable design-system structure.
• Prototype important interactions and prepare handoff notes that engineers can actually build from.
• Use critique to improve hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, content clarity, and product reasoning across iterations.
  
  

Requirements

• Comfort with Figma basics plus a portfolio, coursework, or self-initiated project showing full screens and flow thinking.
• Foundational understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, user flows, and responsive layout.
• Ability to explain why a design decision helps the user or business, not only why it looks good.
• High openness to critique, patience for iteration, and enough discipline to keep files organised.
  
  

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma.
• A genuine passion for the craft and a strong willingness to learn.
• Available to work on-site in Vadodara for the internship duration.
  
  

Employment details

• Paid internship (stipend below)
• On-site at our Vadodara, Gujarat studio
• 3–6 months duration, with potential for a pre-placement offer
• Start date: as soon as the right person is found
  
  

Compensation

This is a paid internship. Stipend: ₹12,000–22,000 / month, based on skills and experience.
