• Co-ordination with Corporate HR team for hiring of GETs through overall JSW Group placement drive
  
  

Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Maintaining and updating Org Charts and Vacancy Chart of complete plant for MIS records.
• Collecting and verifying data from respective departments about TEF/KPI, Production, Environment health and housekeeping for PIB calculation each month.
• Compliance with audit teams to maintain overall record of all the hiring and PIB records.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, online recruiter platforms, Consultancies and reference candidates.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conducting interviews of candidates with concerned department authorities
• Negotiation with prospective employees for position and compensation.
• Getting approvals from senior officials through eNFA as per group guidelines.
• Onboarding of employees in the company system.
• Handling grievances of new and existing employees related to expense reimbursement.
