Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of organizational needs.
Implement new initiatives and manage recruitment selection processes to hire the right talent.
Collaborate with APAC Talent Acquisition Director to evaluate applicant pools and recruitment channel efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and recruitment sources to optimize recruitment strategies.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff to optimize customer service, sales, production, and distribution activities.

Requirements

5-15 years of experience in HR, IR, Payroll, or relevant skillsets.
Deep understanding of production and quality procedures.
Proven track record in driving full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of various production processes and problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing and implementing recruitment process improvements.
Ability to manage and drive recruitment strategy independently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
