Pre-Sales Consultant

Callifony, a leading business communication platform is looking for a positive-minded Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales teams to research, approve and tailor solutions for customers. You will be working with our sales and development teams to define a solution and a migration plan for our customers.

Job Description

• Design and defining cloud-based solutions for customers.
• Provide customers with cloud consultancy and work with sales to build solutions based on customer needs.
• Define solution architecture and migration planning for a communication solution.
• Work closely with sales team to manage presales activity
• Assisting Internal Development team to develop cloud-based applications and deploy using best practices
• Support Product Management and Marketing teams in developing Solution offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver an appropriate solution suiting their custom requirement.
• Responsible for solution designing, creating & providing the demo of solutions and POC for customers.
• Participating in technical Seminars and webinars to increase product and technology understanding.
• Define Technical Proposal and MOM.
