Territory service engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission cleaning machines and electric vehicles (EVs) at customer locations.
• Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
• Diagnose and resolve service complaints and breakdowns within the defined turnaround time.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and uptime.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and customer service records.
• Coordinate with customers to provide timely technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company safety standards, service procedures, and quality guidelines during all service activities.
