About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Recooty's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Reddit. This is not a scheduling job. You'll set the content strategy, build the calendar, create and direct content, grow our audience, and turn social into a real channel for brand awareness and inbound demand. You'll work closely with the founding team and mentor our social media interns.

What You'll Do

• Own the social media strategy and monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Write sharp, platform-native copy: posts, hooks, carousels, threads, and video scripts
• Plan and produce short-form video content (reels, shorts) using tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
• Build Recooty's founder and brand voice on LinkedIn, where our buyers actually are
• Track trends in HR tech, SaaS, and startup communities and turn them into timely content
• Grow and engage our community: replies, conversations, collaborations, and creator partnerships
• Own metrics end to end: reach, engagement, follower growth, and traffic to the website, with monthly reporting and clear takeaways
• Run paid boosts and coordinate with our Meta Ads campaigns when organic winners emerge
• Manage and mentor social media interns, reviewing their work and building their skills
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally for a SaaS, B2B, or startup brand
• A portfolio of accounts or campaigns you've grown, with numbers to back it up
• Excellent written English and a sharp sense for hooks, storytelling, and platform culture
• Strong video content skills; you can script, edit, and ship reels and shorts independently
• Working knowledge of AI content tools like HeyGen and Higgsfield is a strong plus
• Comfort with analytics: you make decisions from data, not vibes
• Based in Jabalpur or willing to relocate
