INFORMATION RETRIEVAL OFFICER – IRO- Inbound Voice Process Roles:

• Assisting the callers
• Provide Information to the callers
• Provide data related to Products/Services/Locations/Contact Details
• No Sales Targets Criteria:
• Call Etiquettes
• Basic typing skills
• Good listing skills
• Knowledge about products & services with spelling
• Exceptional language fluency (English & Regional)
• Passion towards speaking & assisting callers.
