Executive - Logistics & Stores

Invoicing & Billing (SAP-based) – Accurate and timely processing
Outbound Shipment Coordination – Ensuring dispatch as per plan
Sales Team Interface – Aligning on orders, priorities, and customer requirements
Customer Service Orientation – Ensuring smooth order-to-delivery experience
Ensure proper storage of materials as per guidelines (FIFO/FEFO)
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or ERP system).
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams
Prepare and manage dispatch documentation (invoice, packing list, e-way bill).
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and housekeeping in the warehouse
Handle loading and unloading activities safely. Supervise labor and forklift operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Maintain 5S, EHS, and audit compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
