We're Hiring | Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (3–5 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and helping organizations transform their HR processes? We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

What You'll Work On

We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules:

• Core HR
• Payroll
• Absence
• Time & Labor
• Compensation

Your Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve client queries.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation and/or support experience in one or more of the modules listed above.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
• Experience working with one or more legislations (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas is mandatory.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

If your experience is primarily focused on technical areas such as BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, HCM Extracts, Application Development, Integration Development, or similar technical specializations without functional consulting experience in the modules above, this opportunity may not be the best fit at this time.
