Sir Marketer is a full-service digital marketing agency helping brands grow through SEO, paid advertising, branding, social media, web design, and e-commerce solutions. We combine data-driven strategy with creative execution to turn clicks into customers.

We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Jaipur.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Communicate with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other business communication channels.
• Handle customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Learn and apply sales strategies and client relationship management practices.
• Understand customer requirements and support client satisfaction.
• Develop negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Learn international business communication standards and professional client handling practices.
• Work closely with experienced professionals and receive practical training.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Interest in customer relations, sales, and business communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Jaipur-based candidates only.
• Comfortable working from office during night shift hours.
