Junior Graphic Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, creative briefs, and design requirements.
• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Assist in website design updates, UI elements, and digital assets while ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Conduct research to gather design references, trends, and creative inspiration for developing fresh concepts.
• Present design concepts and final artwork to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, software, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
  
  

Job Expectations

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design, responsive web design, and accessibility principles.
• Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, AI-powered design tools, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
