Job Responsibilities :

Familiarity with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting all architectural work within department
Updation of job related issues to the concerned
Quality assurance: Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents for project scope of work
Preparing / checking of designs & SOQ
Checking and issue of IFC drawings pertaining to his project
Maintenance of record prints, check prints, commented prints and drawings / checklists.
Allocate appropriate work and provide necessary architectural inputs to designers.
Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings

Skills & Competencies :

Basic knowledge of development control rules and general building requirements
Extended knowhow for use and application of design software such as MicroStation AutoCAD Revit etc.
Knowledge of project specification and standards
Knowledge of QMS
Good communication & presentation skills
Knowledge of 3D presentation packages such as 3D Studio Max etc.
