Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day IT operations and provide seamless technical support to employees. The role involves IT asset management, employee onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
• Manage laptop allocation, installation, and configuration for new joiners.
• Handle IT asset inventory, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding activities, including collection of IT assets.
• Manage user access, IT documentation, asset records, security compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and employee support.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee IT queries and maintain IT records.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
