Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess comprehensive Science curricula for classes VI‑XII in alignment with CBSE/ICSE guidelines and the school’s holistic education model.
- Integrate co‑curricular and experiential learning (e.g., science fairs, project‑based labs, outdoor experiments) to foster curiosity and critical thinking.
- Utilize modern pedagogical tools, digital platforms, and laboratory equipment to create an engaging, student‑centered learning environment.
- Mentor and guide students in scientific research, Olympiads, and inter‑school competitions, encouraging participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members, including art, music, and physical education staff, to design interdisciplinary projects and thematic units.
- Participate actively in faculty development programs, school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results; provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Uphold the school’s core values—humility, sensitivity, poise, teamwork, and continuous growth—in daily interactions with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics/Science from a recognized university.
