Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a Prompt engineers/QE with 5 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and prompt templates for various use cases such as chatbots, content generation, coding assistants, and customer support solutions.

Requirements

• Experiment with prompt structures, instructions, and workflows to improve AI response accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, safety, bias, and adherence to business requirements.
• Define evaluation frameworks, benchmark tests, and quality metrics to measure AI performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective AI interactions.
• Document prompt engineering best practices, reusable assets, and testing methodologies.
• Continuously monitor, refine, and enhance AI solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
