Job Highlights

To increase sales and growth of Business for BUAII on PAN India basis

• To achieve sales targets of Business Lines OMS, ANW, POP & INA for the assigned region
• Work with all key stakeholders to improve the working capital management (DSO & DSI) of BUAII in India.
• Implement business plan and sales strategy for the market to achieve quarterly and annual goals in terms of volume, revenue and profitability
• Forecasting (in IBP tool), Market Intelligence and Reports on a monthly/ need basis
• Keep safety awareness and behavior within BUAII on sustainable level, along with compliance to all Regulatory and Trade/ Export Control Procedures.
  
  

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education Chemistry - Graduate/ Engineer with MBA (sales/ marketing)
• Work Experience 10 Years plus
• Special Skills Communication Skills, Problem Solving & Time Management, IT (Proficient in Windows MS office, SAP), Customer Relationship Management
