Prepare the production plan for Plating / grommet / Phosphate process as per the requirement given by PPC .

Recipe selection from SCADA for Plating / Geomet process and batch number creation

Daily check sheet to be verified on daily basis and concern noticed to Dept Head and Maintenance.

ZLD plant operation and troubleshooting knowledge.

Process related training to be conducted for Supervisor / operators.

Plating and Geomet OEE monitoring and reduce Major losses.

Surface finishing energy and consumable consumption monitoring.

All pH meter daily calibration and correction.
