What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and improve backend systems and AI-driven workflows, working closely with senior engineers on architecture decisions.
• Work with AI models and no-code/low-code automation tools to help enhance sales intelligence features.
• Help maintain and optimize our scalable platform for high availability, low latency, and smooth integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and apply engineering best practices consistently.
• Work closely with founders, product managers, and customers to help ship impactful features.
• Actively seek feedback, participate in code reviews, and start contributing to the technical culture.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in fast-paced startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Solid experience with backend development using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Some experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing solutions with support from the team.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work.
• Bonus points for experience with AI & LLM agentic frameworks or exposure to building low-code platforms.
