Talent Acquisition Intern
- Manage recruitment activities for clients using the SkillBrew hiring platform.
- Support companies with hiring workflows through the SkillBrew portal.
- Sourcing pipelines for clients through various job boards.
- Identify suitable candidates for startups, MSMEs, and growing companies
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate fit for roles
- Coordinate candidate calls, interviews, and recruitment communications
- Act as a point of contact for client hiring requirements
- Maintain and organize the candidate database within the SkillBrew system
- Track recruitment pipelines and update hiring progress regularly
- Support clients in improving hiring processes through SkillBrew tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
