As an Associate in Merchandising with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team and contributing to the success of the company's product offerings and sales strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and utilizing your merchandising expertise to optimize product displays, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate product planning, assortment selection, and inventory management to meet customer demands.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities in alignment with merchandising objectives.
• Monitor product lifecycle and make recommendations for pricing adjustments, markdowns, and inventory clearance.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and inventory planning, to ensure consistency in merchandising efforts.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in merchandising to continuously improve processes and results.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to build a high-performing and collaborative merchandising team.
