Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

Sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri & Other Job Portals

IT & Non-IT/BPO Recruitment

Vendor & Freelancer Management

Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of recruitment experience

Hands-on experience in International Hiring

Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
