UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing product design team in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and highly intuitive user experiences for our flagship MLM software platforms, dashboards, and mobile-responsive web applications used by thousands of network marketing distributors across South Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Design beautiful, pixel-perfect UI screens, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to deeply understand end-user behavior and pain points.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system including reusable components, color tokens, typography, and spacing guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the frontend development team to ensure accurate, high-fidelity implementation of your designs.
• Translate complex MLM business logic (commission trees, dashboards, reports) into clean, easy-to-understand visual interfaces.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to product managers and senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
• Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional UI/UX design experience in a product, agency, or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) for creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, visual design quality, and problem-solving approach.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles: information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and usability heuristics.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate component behavior effectively with developers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, and deliver on deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-positive mindset.
  
  

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• Experience designing B2B SaaS dashboards or data-heavy admin panels.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS utility classes for design-to-code handoff.
• Understanding of animation and micro-interaction principles.
