Motion Graphics & Video Editor

Role Overview

The Motion Graphics & Video Editor within the Product Marketing team is responsible for creating engaging visual content that communicates CleanStart’s products, solutions, and thought leadership initiatives. This role combines motion design, video production, and storytelling to transform complex cybersecurity and software supply chain concepts into compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and product walkthroughs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education.
• Edit and produce video content for webinars, podcasts, customer stories, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences that align with product messaging and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Product teams to translate technical concepts into engaging visual narratives.
• Create short-form video content and visual assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and demand generation campaigns.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with launch videos, feature explainers, product demos, and sales enablement content.
• Ensure consistency with CleanStart brand guidelines across all video and motion design assets.
• Manage end-to-end production workflows including editing, animation, compositing, sound design, and final rendering.
• Maintain and evolve a library of reusable visual assets, templates, and motion graphics components.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or multimedia content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics, product videos, explainer videos, and digital marketing content.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and animation principles.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work is required.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused organizations.
• Familiarity with Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other animation and visual design tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, YouTube, webinars, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for video editing, content creation, or motion design.
• Understanding of cloud-native technologies, containers, DevOps, or cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
