Are you a seasoned FMCG sales leader with a proven track record of scaling secondary sales, driving market penetration, and leading high-performing field forces? We are looking for you!

Experience: 12–15 years of core experience in FMCG & Retail Sales (Mandatory)

Location: Flexible across AP, MP, UP, Punjab, Jammu, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Telangana

Language Requirement: Telugu proficiency is mandatory for AP & Telangana locations.

What you will do:

FMCG Market Penetration: Drive volume and value growth across key categories, optimizing product mix, and ensuring maximum shelf share.

Lead Sales Field Force: Direct regional Reseller Sales & BD teams to execute daily sales routines, route planning, and high-impact market activations.

Institutional & B2B Sales: Build deep, sustainable relationships with top wholesale members, including institutional buyers (hospitals, industries, institutes) and bulk resellers.

Account Management & Assortment Growth: Map buying patterns, identify inventory need-gaps, and scale order ticket size through proactive cross-selling of new FMCG lines.

Rural Expansion & Logistics: Lead our strategic entry into rural markets and scale network depth through new Cross-Dock (XD) logistics hubs.

Commercial Alignment: Partner with Merchandising to align market operating prices (MOP) and coordinate end-to-end payment, credit, and fulfillment solutions.

P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for regional top-line and bottom-line goals while maintaining strict control over team retention (minimizing BDA attrition).
