SENIOR HR MANAGER (KNITS)

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Manager - HR to lead and administer the HR function for an entire garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sr. Manager HR in the garment industry with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong expertise in compliance, certifications, payroll, labour management and overall factory administration. Candidates with MSW, MBA in HR, a Labour Law qualification or a related HR degree are preferred.

Salary: 14 lakhs to 20 lakhs PA.
